1 cup water
3/4 cups amaretto
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
4 eggs
2/3 cups sugar
380 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
300 grams cherries, pitted
1 package ladyfingers
1/2 cups semisweet chocolate, grated

Mix the coffee with water and half of the amaretto.
Whip the cream until stiff.
Beat the yolks with the sugar using an electric mixer.
Fold in the whipped cream, cream cheese, and the rest of the liqueur.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the mixture.
In a dish, place a layer of ladyfingers soaked in the coffee liquid, then spread a third of the cream mixture and half of the halved cherries on top.
Cover with another layer of ladyfingers soaked in coffee, cream, and cherries.
Finish with ladyfingers and the rest of the cream.
Wrap the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours.
Sprinkle a little grated chocolate before serving.
