Delicious cookies to impress the family. They are very simple to prepare and they look amazing, they look great. They are perfect for a gift or to accompany a cup of coffee or a glass of milk.

225 grams flour
110 grams margarine
50 grams sugar, white
1 egg
2 grams salt
2 grams baking soda
25 grams cocoa

Accrete the margarine with the sugar.
Add the egg and beat until combined.
Join dry ingredients less cocoa and sift them.
Add the latter to the cream and unite well.
Divide the dough into two and add the cocoa and join.
You should have then a mass of vanilla and chocolate.
Refrigerate these masses at least 2 hours to take body.
Take them out and divide the masses into 2 of each flavor, that is 2 masses of cocoa and 2 of vanilla.
Form canes 1cm in diameter and join the 4 masses as a chess.
Already formed refrigerate 1 hour and cut medallions and put them on a baking sheet.
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
Bake for 20 minutes.
