Delicious cookies to impress the family. They are very easy to prepare and look amazing, they stand out a lot. They are perfect for gifting or to accompany a cup of coffee or a glass of milk.

225 grams flour
110 grams margarine
50 grams sugar, white
1 egg
2 grams salt
2 grams baking soda
25 grams cocoa

Cream the margarine with the sugar.
Add the egg and beat until combined.
Combine the dry ingredients except for cocoa and sift them.
Add the last one to the cream and mix well.
Divide the dough into two and add cocoa to one and mix.
You should then have one vanilla dough and one chocolate dough.
Refrigerate these doughs for at least 2 hours to set.
Take them out and divide the doughs into 2 of each flavor, that is, 2 cocoa doughs and 2 vanilla doughs.
Form sticks of 1cm in diameter and join the 4 doughs like a chessboard.
Once formed, refrigerate for 1 hour, cut into medallions, and place them on a baking tray.
Preheat the oven to 175° C.
Bake for 20 minutes.
