200 grams toasted peanuts, and ground
120 grams wheat flour
30 grams corn flour
150 grams sugar , glass
120 vegetable oil

Preheat the oven to 175 C.
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl and stir well.
Make a well in the center of the flour and slowly pour in the vegetable oil.
Mix well. The dough should be moist and slightly sticky.
Form dough balls about 1 centimeter in size and place them on a baking sheet.
It's good to brush the balls with a little beaten egg.
Bake for approximately 6 to 8 minutes or until the cookies appear golden.
