Chinese-style peanut cookies

  • 200 grams toasted peanuts, and ground
  • 120 grams wheat flour
  • 30 grams corn flour
  • 150 grams sugar , glass
  • 120 vegetable oil

  • Preheat the oven to 175 C.
  • Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl and stir well.
  • Make a well in the center of the flour and slowly pour in the vegetable oil.
  • Mix well. The dough should be moist and slightly sticky.
  • Form dough balls about 1 centimeter in size and place them on a baking sheet.
  • It's good to brush the balls with a little beaten egg.
  • Bake for approximately 6 to 8 minutes or until the cookies appear golden.
