  • 4 cups whipping cream, for the white chocolate mousse
  • 1/4 cups white chocolate, for the white chocolate mousse
  • 1 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate, for the dark chocolate mousse
  • 10 Chocorroles
  • 1 cup whipped cream, for decoration
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa, for decoration

  • Heat the whipping cream in the microwave in 30-second intervals, separate ¼ of the cream and add the white chocolate, mixing until combined. Refrigerate and set aside.
  • Add the dark chocolate to the remaining ¾ of the cream and mix until combined. Refrigerate and set aside.
  • Cut the choco-rolls into slices 1 cm thick. Set aside.
  • Whip the white chocolate cream until it doubles in volume.
  • Whip the dark chocolate cream until it doubles in volume.
  • Place non-stick plastic over a bowl and arrange the choco-roll slices all over the surface until completely covered. Add a thin layer of white chocolate mousse and then fill with the dark chocolate mousse. Smooth it well and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
  • Meanwhile, add cocoa to half of the whipped cream and mix. Pour both creams into a pastry bag with a star tip and set aside.
  • Unmold the bomb and decorate with the bicolor whipped cream. Serve very cold.
