Choco-Snow Cake

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
  • 1 pellet vanilla ice cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 3 handfuls chocokrispis cereal
  • 1/2 tubs vanilla meringue

  • Mix the milk, flour, and egg.
  • Melt the butter and mix with the vanilla.
  • Pour the mixture of butter and vanilla onto a plate and place the ice cream.
  • Combine the mixtures in one plate and beat.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Beat the other ingredients except for the chocokrispis and the meringue and add to the mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a previously greased mold.
  • Bake until the desired consistency is achieved.
  • Take out of the oven and place the meringue along with the chocokrispis.
