In a bowl, we add the chocolate cake mix, then add the 3 eggs, oil, and whole milk, mixing well.
We proceed to blend the 5 eggs, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla.
In the baking pan, we pour cajeta and spread it all over the bottom, then we pour the chocolate cake mixture followed by the blended mixture (for the flan).
We place the mold in a water bath and take it to the preheated oven at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until a knife comes out clean when inserted.
When it's ready, we let it cool and take it to the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
When serving, we place a plate on top and, with great care, flip it over; we will see how the flan part is on top and the chocolate cake is at the bottom. Let's proceed to decorate!!!
