This cake, known as the impossible cake, is much easier than it looks and everyone loves it. It consists of a chocolate cake base with flan on top.

1 box chocolate cake mix
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
6 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon rum

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a round or bundt pan.
For the cake: Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to the instructions on the box and pour it into the baking pan.
For the flan: In a blender, mix all the flan ingredients: the milks, the eggs, the vanilla, and the rum.
Pour the chocolate cake mixture into the prepared pan and then slowly pour the flan mixture on top.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake in a water bath (over a baking dish with water) for 1 to 1.5 hours.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool before unmolding.
