Chocoflan with Box Cake

A chocolate box cake with flan. This chocoflan recipe is the best I've ever tried, give it a try and you'll see why I say that.

  • 1 box duncan chocolate cake
  • 8 eggs  8 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk  1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla  1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 cups oil  1/2 cups oil
  • 1 1/3 cups water 1 1/3 cups water
  • 250 grams cajeta  , (yopi bag) vanilla or flavored 250 grams cajeta , (yopi bag) vanilla or flavored
  •  Pam® butter Pam® butter

  • First, follow the instructions on the back of the chocolate cake box. Mix: The chocolate cake flour 1 1/3 cups of water 1/2 cup of oil 3 eggs
  • Then blend for the flan: 5 eggs 1 can of condensed milk 1 clove
  • Grease the aluminum mold with the necessary amount of butter.
  • Add the cajeta after greasing the mold.
  • Pour in the cake mix.
  • Slowly pour the blended mixture in the center of the cake mix.
  • Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, check with a toothpick, and if it comes out clean, it's ready. Let it cool for about 10 minutes.
