Treat your dad this Father's Day with some amazing chocolate and coffee cupcakes. Additionally, the decoration with mustaches and hats is perfect for this special day.
1 1/2 tablespoons soluble coffee Extra Special® chocolate
380 grams cream cheese
1/4 cups Great Value® icing sugar
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
250 grams fondant, black

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a mixing bowl, add the sugar, oil, and beat for 3 minutes.
Add the eggs one by one, then the flour, milk, hot water, cocoa, and chocolate soluble coffee, beat for 5 more minutes until well combined.
Pour the mixture into cupcake liners until they are 3/4 full and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
For the cream cheese frosting, beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Place it in a piping bag with a smooth tip.
Decorate the cupcakes with the frosting and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
For the decoration with fondant, roll out the fondant with a rolling pin, and cut into mustache shapes with a small knife for assistance.
To make the fondant hat; roll out the fondant, cut a circle. Then make a small ball and with the help of your hands flatten one side, attach the last piece to the circle.
Place the mustache and hat on the cupcake.
