  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 125 flour , sifted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 stick unsalted butter , 90 grams at room temperature
  • 40 grams cocoa powder, sugar-free
  • drops coffee liqueur, to taste
  • 50 grams nut , chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Put the butter together with the condensed milk and beat until a creamy consistency is achieved.
  • Add the eggs one by one and the coffee liqueur, continuing to beat.
  • Mix the flour, baking powder, cocoa, and chopped nuts, and incorporate into the previous mixture, beating at low speed just a little until the ingredients are well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into 12 cupcake liners, filling them just over halfway to prevent spillage, and bake for 18 to 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
