  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated
  • 1 cup Danette® Chocolate Custard
  • 1/2 cups Oikos® plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar
  • 1/4 cups bittersweet chocolate
  • 1/4 cups walnuts, finely chopped

  • Beat the Danette® Chocolate Flavor with the Oikos® Natural Yoghurt until it has a creamy consistency.
  • Add the icing sugar, the melted chocolate, the nuts.
  • Heat the greenery in a bain-marie.
  • Add the greenery little by little in the preparation.
  • Pour the mixture into molds and let it cool for two hours.
