Chocolate Bonbons

This recipe comes from ancient Greece; I’m sharing it because two months ago some relatives visited that country and learned to make it, and since they know I like baking, they passed it on to me.

  • 100 grams white chocolate
  • 100 grams chocolate
  • 4 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 50 grams nut , chopped

  • Dissolve the white chocolate in a double boiler.
  • On the side, dissolve the chocolate.
  • Line the mold and pour one of the chocolates. Add the grated coconut or chopped nuts.
  • Cover with the other chocolate, let it harden, and cut into squares.
