Chocolate Brownie with M&M'S

  • 1 envelope m & m's® milk chocolate, 120 g
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cups Bitter chocolate Turin®, melted
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons monk fruit
  • 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 3/4 cups oat flour
  • 4 eggs
  • cooking spray, for greasing
  • Turin® cocoa powder, for the mold

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  • Mix the melted butter with the Turin® dark chocolate, vanilla extract, baking powder, monk fruit, almond flour, oat flour, and egg in a bowl, then use a whisk and stir until you get a smooth, lump-free mixture.
  • Pour the previous brownie mixture into a rectangular mold previously greased with cooking spray and dusted with Turin® cocoa powder, place the Milk Chocolate M&M'S on top, and bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Cut the chocolate brownies with M&M's into small squares of 5 x 5 cm.
  • Serve on a wooden board or rack and enjoy!
