Chocolate Cake with Kiwi

This Chocolate Cake with Kiwi is a delicious option to end a lovely family meal; the combination of chocolate with kiwi is surprisingly exquisite.

  • 20 grams chocolate, ground or in pieces

  • In a mold, add the butter, the eggs one by one, the milk, the flour, and mix until everything is integrated.
  • Then add the ground chocolate or very small pieces, and mix.
  • Grease the mold.
  • Put a bit of the mixture in the mold to cover the surface halfway, then add a few kiwis, cover the rest with the remaining mixture, and then add the remaining kiwis.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C and bake for about 25 to 40 minutes. (When it's ready, you can insert a toothpick and it should come out dry).
  • Decorate with chocolate frosting.
