Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

The best way to enjoy cookies is in these chocolate chip cookie bars. They have a little bit of blueberries that give them an incredible contrast and lots of chocolate chips. Don't miss out!

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 140 grams unsalted butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/4 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cups cranberries, dehydrated
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk

  • Preheat the oven to 170°c
  • Mix the flour, sugar, and butter with a spatula in a bowl.
  • Add the egg yolks and vanilla, the chocolate chips, the blueberries, and the milk. Quickly knead, trying to use your hands as little as possible so the dough doesn't get warm.
  • Pour the mixture into a floured mold and compact it with your hands until it reaches a thickness of 3 cm.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown around the edges. Remove from the oven, let cool a bit, and cut into 5 x 5 cm bars.
