Chocolate Chip Muffins

  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3/4 cups milk, of oats
  • 1/2 cups Quaker® oatmeal, ground
  • 1 cup Quaker® oatmeal, in flake
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • chocolate chips, ovenable

  • Crush the banana and mix with the egg and the vanilla extract; add Quaker oats wholemeal oat flakes®, quaker® oatmeal, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, and oatmeal quaker® oat milk. Rest for a few minutes and add the chocolate chips.
  • In a pancake pan with trays, pour the mixture to ¾ of the pan and bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
  • Serve and accompany with the drink of your preference.
