  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3/4 cups milk, made with oats
  • 1/2 cups Quaker® oatmeal, ground
  • 1 cup Quaker® oatmeal, in flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • chocolate chips, bakeable

  • Mash the banana and mix with the egg and vanilla extract; add Quaker Oats whole grain oats®, Quaker Oats flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, and Quaker Oats oat milk. Let it rest for a few minutes and then add the chocolate chips.
  • In a muffin tin with liners, pour the mixture until ¾ full and bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
  • Serve and pair with your preferred beverage.
