  • 230 grams chocolate
  • 60 grams butter
  • 2 units egg
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 120 grams wheat flour
  • 50 grams walnuts
  • 50 grams white chocolate, in pieces
  • 50 grams semisweet chocolate, in pieces

  • Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler.
  • Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla essence until light; incorporate the melted chocolate and mix well.
  • Add the sifted flour. Chop the walnuts and combine them with the chocolate chunks. Add half to the previous mixture. Integrate and let rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.
  • Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°C). Place tablespoons of the mixture on a greased tray, well spaced apart.
  • Sprinkle the remaining walnuts and chocolate chunks over the cookies.
  • Bake for 12 minutes. Remove and let cool on the tray.
