Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Pretzels

These mini bites of peanut butter pretzels covered in chocolate are delicious and easier to make than you think. Give them a try!

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 120 pretzels
  • 1 bag semi-dark chocolate chips

  • Combine the peanut butter and add the butter in a large bowl. Add the sugars until everything is well mixed. The mixture should be able to form small balls; if not, add more sugar.
  • Use a teaspoon to measure the balls and place one between two pretzels to create a sandwich. Place each sandwich on a baking sheet and put them in the freezer for half an hour.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, heating in 30-second intervals, stirring, and returning until the chocolate is completely melted.
  • Place wax paper on the baking sheet. Take the pretzels out of the freezer and dip half of the peanut butter pretzel sandwich in the chocolate chips, then place them on the baking sheet.
  • Put them back in the freezer until the chocolate hardens.
