Prepare a baking tray with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Wash and disinfect the strawberries. Do not remove the stems!
Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe container. Take it out every 30 seconds to stir and prevent it from burning. Remove when some chips are still whole and stir until melted.
Dip each strawberry into the chocolate and make a swirling motion, then lay them on the tray.
Place in the refrigerator until the chocolate is hard. (30 minutes)
