Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Prepare this delicious and light dessert of strawberries covered in milk chocolate.

  • 450 balls semi-dark chocolate chips
  • 12 strawberries, with their leaves

  • Prepare a baking tray with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Wash and disinfect the strawberries. Do not remove the stems!
  • Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe container. Take it out every 30 seconds to stir and prevent it from burning. Remove when some chips are still whole and stir until melted.
  • Dip each strawberry into the chocolate and make a swirling motion, then lay them on the tray.
  • Place in the refrigerator until the chocolate is hard. (30 minutes)
