Remove the stems from the strawberries using a knife and insert a Great Value® skewer stick into the base of each one. Set aside.
Color half of the white chocolate with pink dye.
Cover 4 strawberries with dark chocolate, 4 strawberries with white chocolate, and the rest with pink-painted chocolate, being careful not to reach the base so they can breathe.
Let the strawberries dry and decorate with the remaining chocolate, then let dry. Form a bouquet of strawberries and decorate with tissue paper and a card. Consume immediately.
