3/4 cups FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
2 cups whipping cream
8 egg yolks
3/4 cups sugar
3/4 cups chocolate

Bring FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt and the cream to a gentle boil and remove from heat.
Separate the eggs.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add to the heated cream.
Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and pour over the cream mixture.
Return to heat and stir until the mixture is thick, without allowing it to boil.
Remove from heat and pour into 6 molds (ramekins).
Cool for 2 hours and glaze with sugar.
