  • 3/4 cups FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cups chocolate

  • Bring FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt and the cream to a gentle boil and remove from heat.
  • Separate the eggs.
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add to the heated cream.
  • Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and pour over the cream mixture.
  • Return to heat and stir until the mixture is thick, without allowing it to boil.
  • Remove from heat and pour into 6 molds (ramekins).
  • Cool for 2 hours and glaze with sugar.
