Chocolate Cupcakes on a Vanilla Snow Base with Chocolate Syrup

  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cups cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cups oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 liter vanilla ice cream
  • chocolate syrup

  • Incorporate the dry ingredients, then gradually add the wet ingredients.
  • Once you have a homogeneous mixture, pour it into the cupcake liners (molds) filling them to 2/3 capacity.
  • Bake them in the oven at 180° for approximately 18 minutes, or until cooked through.
