We place the chocolate in a double boiler to melt it.
When our chocolate is melted, we will pour it into chocolate molds shaped like cups, we won’t fill them all the way to the top but will coat our molds well using a fine spatula, then we will put them in the fridge for about 10 to 15 minutes to harden.
I used a mold for chocolates with decorative shapes and followed the same procedure as with the cups.
Once our cups have hardened, we remove them from the molds by gently tapping them on our countertop. It is important to keep them refrigerated!
When serving our delicious dessert, we create a decorative layout on a plate with chocolate syrup, then our cups, and inside the cups, we add whipped cream and then place the strawberries inside.
