30 grams unflavored gelatin powder
500 milliliters water, Fry
1/2 cans condensed milk
1/2 cans evaporated milk
250 grams sugar
50 grams cocoa powder
20 milliliters rum

Low
Hydrate the gelatin in half of the water and set aside.
Boil the remaining water with the milks, sugar, and chocolate previously dissolved in a little milk.
Once it reaches a boil, remove from heat, add the hydrated gelatin, and stop stirring only until it is completely dissolved.
Let it cool and pour in the rum.
Pour into individual molds (preferably flower-shaped molds) and refrigerate.
Unmold and decorate with cherries to taste.
