Chocolate Gelatin

Delicious chocolate gelatin recipe to enjoy with family.

  • 30 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • 500 milliliters water, Fry
  • 1/2 cans condensed milk
  • 1/2 cans evaporated milk
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 50 grams cocoa powder
  • 20 milliliters rum

  • Hydrate the gelatin in half of the water and set aside.
  • Boil the remaining water with the milks, sugar, and chocolate previously dissolved in a little milk.
  • Once it reaches a boil, remove from heat, add the hydrated gelatin, and stop stirring only until it is completely dissolved.
  • Let it cool and pour in the rum.
  • Pour into individual molds (preferably flower-shaped molds) and refrigerate.
  • Unmold and decorate with cherries to taste.
