We are just a few days away from Halloween and these snacks are perfect for sharing with friends or family, plus they are quick and easy to prepare. Make these chocolate graves and surprise your guests!
3/4 cups hazelnut chocolate cream, for the filling
1/4 cups bittersweet chocolate, melted, for decoration
8 vanilla cookies, or peanuts, for decoration
1 package chocolate cookies, for decoration
Preparation
20 mins
Low
In a mixing bowl, add the heavy cream and whip until it becomes fluffy, then gradually add the hazelnut cream and half of the melted bittersweet chocolate (melted in a double boiler) and fold in gently with a spatula or wooden spoon, set aside in the refrigerator.
In a glass bowl or plastic container, add the other half of the bittersweet chocolate and melt it in the microwave for 30 seconds or until it reaches a more liquid consistency, being careful not to leave it too long so it doesn't burn.
Pour the melted bittersweet chocolate into a piping bag or plastic bag and cut one of its tips to create a small opening.
Decorate the cookies with the chocolate, and crumble the chocolate cookies to simulate dirt or crumbs for the chocolate graveyard.
Fill the glasses with the chocolate mousse and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Finally, remove the glasses from the refrigerator and insert the cookies (one for each glass) allowing the decoration to show.
