  • 100 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 100 grams amaranth

  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
  • Incorporate the amaranth and then the honey. Mix.
  • Line a tray with wax paper and pour the mixture on top. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to solidify.
  • Cut into squares and serve.
