100 grams bittersweet chocolate
1 tablespoon honey
100 grams amaranth

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Incorporate the amaranth and then the honey. Mix.
Line a tray with wax paper and pour the mixture on top. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to solidify.
Cut into squares and serve.
