Chocolate Dessert Molds

An easy recipe to make molds of any chocolate and use them for many different desserts. You can fill them with fruits, creams and jellies.

  • 125 grams semisweet chocolate

  • Make molds out of aluminum foil.
  • In a saucepan over a double boiler, melt the chocolate.
  • Put a tablespoon of chocolate in each aluminum foil mold and spread the chocolate on the bottom and sides.
  • Turn the ramekins upside down on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
  • Let the molds dry for 20 minutes in the refrigerator and with a brush cover the inside of the molds with the remaining chocolate.
  • Store the molds in the refrigerator until you are ready to use them.
