Chocolate Molds for Desserts

125 grams semisweet chocolate

Make aluminum foil molds.
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate.
Place a tablespoon of chocolate in each aluminum foil mold and spread the chocolate over the bottom and sides.
Turn the molds upside down on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
Let the molds dry for 20 minutes in the refrigerator and with a brush cover the inside of the molds with remaining chocolate.
Store the molds in the refrigerator until you are ready to use them.
