125 grams semisweet chocolate

Make molds out of aluminum foil.
In a saucepan over a double boiler, melt the chocolate.
Put a tablespoon of chocolate in each aluminum foil mold and spread the chocolate on the bottom and sides.
Turn the ramekins upside down on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
Let the molds dry for 20 minutes in the refrigerator and with a brush cover the inside of the molds with the remaining chocolate.
Store the molds in the refrigerator until you are ready to use them.
