Chocolate Rice Krispies

You can enjoy Rice Krispies as an afternoon or morning snack, and it will always be the perfect time to eat them. In this recipe, I prepared them with chocolate, and my whole family loved them.

  • 1/2 cups dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
  • 5 cups rice cereal, or Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup Reese´s chocolate
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cups cocoa powder

  • Grease a mold.
  • In a pan, add the honey and sugar. Stir over low heat until it becomes a syrup.
  • Remove from heat, add the Reese's, cocoa, and butter. Stir until everything is melted and well combined.
  • Add the cereal, mix, and pour the whole mixture into the mold.
  • Press down a bit so that the cereal takes shape.
  • Cool. Once cooled, cut into squares of your desired size.
