Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add sugar until peaks form.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
Whisk by hand and gently fold in the egg whites, egg yolks, chocolate, and butter.
Grease a 30x15 cm baking dish and pour in half of the mixture. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes, making sure it doesn’t dry out. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Add 3 tablespoons of whiskey to the remaining mixture and pour it over the first previously baked layer once it has cooled.
Refrigerate for one day.
