Brownie Pops with Nuts

  • 125 grams dark chocolate, for melting
  • 1 stick butter, 90 g
  • 50 grams Oikos® greek style yogurt, Blueberry Flavor
  • 125 grams sugar
  • 2 eggs, large
  • 50 grams walnuts, chopped
  • 100 grams wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 300 grams chocolate, red color

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C
  • Melt the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave in 15-second intervals, mixing thoroughly; add the butter and incorporate until well combined.
  • Mix the egg with the sugar until it changes color, then add the melted chocolate.
  • Add the Oikos® Blueberry yogurt to the previous mixture, alternating the flour with the vanilla. Add the nuts and mix until well combined.
  • Grease a mold and pour in the mixture, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake for 30 minutes and let cool for 1 hour.
  • Remove the brownie from the mold and cut out heart shapes using a cookie cutter. Insert the wooden stick and freeze for 20 minutes.
  • Heat the red chocolate in the microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring constantly until melted.
  • Remove the pops from the freezer and coat with the red chocolate. Freeze for an additional 5 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
