1 stick unsalted butter
250 grams semisweet chocolate
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup flour
1/4 cups cocoa
1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
4 eggs

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
Melt the chocolates with the butter in a double boiler, remove from heat, and stir in the sugar.
Add the eggs one by one with the vanilla until well incorporated.
In a medium rectangular non-stick pan, add the batter.
Bake for 30 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
Cut them into triangles and insert a bamboo or wooden stick in the center of one side.
