  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions. Place it in 20 muffin cups lined with paper.
  • Beat the cream cheese, sugar, egg, peanut butter, and vanilla well with an electric mixer. Add 1 heaping tablespoon on top of the batter in each of the cups; press it down a little into the batter. Bake the cupcakes for 30 minutes or until the center is firm. Let them cool.
