Brownies are an easy and delicious dessert option for any meal. This Coconut Brownies recipe has a delightful coconut flavor and the presentation looks super elegant.
In a mixer, put the eggs and beat until they have a pale yellow color. Gradually add the sugar and continue beating until thickened. Add the vanilla, sifted flour, and coconut. Finally, add the chocolate (cooled, not hot).
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 8x12 cm baking dish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan.
Cut the brownies into squares. On each square, drizzle a bit of chocolate syrup and sprinkle grated coconut on top.
