Double Chocolate Brownie

This is a very simple recipe, but delicious and perfect for chocolate lovers. These double chocolate brownies are the perfect option to satisfy your chocolate craving. They have an excellent texture, and we are sure you will love them!

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 150 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 100 grams chocolate chips
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 85 grams powdered sugar, for decoration

  • Heat the dark chocolate and butter in a double boiler until combined. Remove and let cool.
  • To the previous mixture, add the eggs one by one, and beat well. Add the sugar, flour, vanilla, and a pinch of salt, mixing everything very well for at least 10 minutes.
  • Add the chocolate chips and mix with a spoon.
  • Grease and flour your preferred mold. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
  • Pour the mixture and spread it evenly in the mold. Bake for 30 minutes.
