Walnut Brownies

An easy way to make delicious walnut brownies. You can serve them with a little vanilla ice cream, and it will be the best dessert in the world. Make them on any occasion, and you'll surprise everyone.

  • 200 grams semisweet chocolate
  • 2 sticks butter, 90 g each
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 cup walnuts, in pieces

  • In a mixing bowl, melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave, take it out and stir with a wooden spoon. If necessary, put it back in for a few minutes until both the chocolate and the butter are melted.
  • Incorporate the sugar so that it melts with the heat of the chocolate.
  • Once it is not hot, add the whole eggs and continue beating, then incorporate the flour and keep mixing.
  • Add the vanilla and half of the walnuts and continue beating until it bubbles. Pour into a previously buttered and floured baking dish and top with the remaining walnuts.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
