Chocolate Bunny Bombs

  • 2 cups bittersweet chocolate, in small pieces
  • 1 cup Rabbits®, for the filling
  • 2 cups low fat whipping cream, for the filling
  • 2 cups marshmallows, small

  • Heat the water in a pot over medium-high heat. When it comes to a boil, melt the chocolate in a double boiler using a bowl. Mix until completely melted and remove from heat.
  • Pour the chocolate into hemisphere or circle plastic molds. Using a brush, spread the chocolate, completely covering the surface to create a thick layer. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • For the filling: Repeat step 1 to melt the Bunnies®. Once melted, set aside. Whip the heavy cream with an electric whisk for 3 minutes or until whipped. Gently fold in the melted Bunnies® gradually. Mix until fully incorporated and transfer to a piping bag.
  • Unmold the chocolate half-spheres and fill with the whipped Bunny® cream. Add marshmallows and one of the Bunnies®. Stick the other half-sphere with melted chocolate or heat to assemble the pieces and form the chocolate bomb.
  • Cut the Bunnies® leaving only the face and stick it in the center of the sphere using heat.
  • Place the chocolate Bunny® bombs in cupcake liners and serve with milk.
