90 grams butter
3 cups cow's milk
6 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
150 grams milk chocolate
150 grams semisweet chocolate
150 grams bittersweet chocolate
16 ladyfingers
fruits, for decoration
10 grams butter

Low
Heat the milk together with the butter until it is a uniform mixture.
Melt each type of chocolate separately in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Separate the milk and butter mixture into 3 equal parts and add one of the chocolates to each. Stir over low heat until it thickens.
Cut the bottom of the ladyfingers so they can stand up and arrange them around the mold.
Crush the leftover ladyfingers and add a little warm butter (10g). Once mixed, pour them into the center of the mold.
Add 2 packets of gelatin to each chocolate mixture and stir.
Pour one of the chocolate mixtures into the mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Repeat with each one.
Decorate and serve.
