Chocolate Cloud

It is a delicious three chocolate gelatin. Easy to make and great for sharing.

  • 90 grams butter
  • 3 cups cow's milk
  • 6 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
  • 150 grams milk chocolate
  • 150 grams semisweet chocolate
  • 150 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 16 ladyfingers
  • fruits, for decoration
  • 10 grams butter

  • Heat the milk together with the butter until it is a uniform mixture.
  • Melt each type of chocolate separately in a double boiler or in the microwave.
  • Separate the milk and butter mixture into 3 equal parts and add one of the chocolates to each. Stir over low heat until it thickens.
  • Cut the bottom of the ladyfingers so they can stand up and arrange them around the mold.
  • Crush the leftover ladyfingers and add a little warm butter (10g). Once mixed, pour them into the center of the mold.
  • Add 2 packets of gelatin to each chocolate mixture and stir.
  • Pour one of the chocolate mixtures into the mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Repeat with each one.
  • Decorate and serve.
