Sift the flour together with the cocoa and baking powder.

Pour the mixture into the prepared bundt pan and bake for about one hour, checking until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool slightly and unmold.
Soak with the syrup made by boiling water with sugar; optionally, you can add liquor to taste.
Topping: Melt the butter, add the cocoa, once dissolved, add the condensed milk, and let it thicken slightly.
With the warm mixture, cover the bundt.
Fill and decorate the bundt with strawberries.
Sprinkle with the granulated sugar.
