Blend 200 grams of Oreo cookies in a blender or food processor, add the butter and mix until it forms a kind of paste. Pour the mixture into the mold and spread it with your hands. Refrigerate.
Blend the cream cheese, milk, condensed milk, and vanilla essence. In a separate bowl, add 4 tablespoons of water and one teaspoon of gelatin, and microwave for 10 seconds. Add the gelatin to the mixture and continue blending.
Remove the mold from the refrigerator, pour in the mixture, and return to the refrigerator for half an hour.
Chop the Milky Way chocolates with a food processor or by hand, leaving them in pieces that are not too big but also not too small. Remove the cake from the refrigerator and sprinkle the chopped chocolates on top of the mixture, covering the entire cake.
Refrigerate again for 1 hour or until firm.
