Nutella Cake

  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 cups milkmaid
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 tub nutella

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Beat the butter until softened in an electric mixer. Once it's soft, add the sugar and mix well.
  • Add the eggs and one cup of flour, allowing everything to incorporate well. Then add the milk and vanilla and let it blend into the mixture. Finally, add the other cup of flour and beat until everything is well mixed.
  • Grease and flour a cake pan or bundt pan. Pour the cake mixture into the pan 3/4 full and bake for 30 minutes.
  • In a double boiler, place the jar of Nutella with the sweetened condensed milk and stir until a smooth mixture forms.
  • Remove the cake from the oven and once cooled, pour the Nutella mixture over it.
