Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

I really like this recipe; it’s an improvement of 2 recipes, the oatmeal cookies and the chocolate chip cookies, hope you enjoy it.

  • 3/4 cups raw sugar
  • 1/4 cups granulated sugar

  • 7 ounces semi-dark chocolate chips
  • 4 ounces oats, granulated

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit = 190 degrees Celsius.
  • Cream the two sugars with the butter for 2 to 3 minutes, then add the vanilla extract, the egg, and the baking soda.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the flour with the oats and chocolate chips and mix.
  • We add the flour mixture to the first one, using a spatula to combine the mixtures.
  • On a previously greased baking sheet or lined with parchment paper, place our cookies using a tablespoon of the mixture, leaving some space between them.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until the cookies have a golden ring.
  • Remove from the baking sheet and let cool, enjoy with a glass of milk. Hope you like it. Thank you.
