The first thing we will do is melt the chocolates (white, bitter, and milk separately) in the microwave. The idea is to ensure there are no lumps. To make this easier, you should break them into pieces and place them in the microwave for at least 20 seconds, being careful not to burn the chocolate. Stir every 20 seconds with a wooden spoon until completely melted.
Place them inside the molds, wait for them to cool slightly, and then put them in the freezer until firm.
Unmold and decorate with melted white chocolate, cocoa, or sprinkles.
