5 fish fillets, 200 grams each
shredded coconuts, the necessary amount
1 onion, finely chopped
1 red tomato, finely chopped
2 pumpkin seeds, of garlic
salt, to taste
1 lime
Maggi seasoning sauce, to taste
fresh cilantro, chopped, to taste
1 paprika, red
cumin, ground, to taste
2 cups coconut milk

Fry the tomato, onion, grated garlic, and bell pepper for three minutes, then add the Maggi and cumin.
Put the fish in a pot and add boiled water, then wash it well and add lemon.
Blend the coconut with a little water, then strain it and put it in a container, set aside.
Add the fish to the pan with the sautéed mixture and add a little coconut milk.
Then add salt to taste and cook for about 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, add the reserved coconut milk and cilantro.
Put it back on the heat for another 3 minutes.
Serve hot and accompany it with white rice and green plantain.
