3 Chocolate Mousse

Prepare this soft sweet mousse, this individual dessert made from dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate, decorated with raspberries and fresh mint are delicious.

  • 12 slices Extra Special® skillet with cranberry
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream, warm
  • 165 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • food coloring, dark coffee
  • 165 grams milk chocolate
  • 165 grams white chocolate
  • 2 cups whipping cream, semi whipped, divided into 3
  • raspberries, for decoration
  • peppermint, for decoration
  • Great Value® icing sugar, for decoration

  • For the base of the mousse, place the Extra Special® Bread with Blueberry on a board, cut using a round ring.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with the butter and fry the circles of Extra Special® Bread with Blueberry until crispy. Set aside.
  • For the 3 chocolate mousse, divide the hot whipping cream into 3 bowls, add dark chocolate and a few drops of dark brown food coloring to one bowl, add milk chocolate to another, and white chocolate to the last, mix until well combined. Gently fold in the semi whipped cream.
  • In a ring wrapped in non-stick plastic, place the base of bread and a layer of chocolate mousse, refrigerate until set. Fill with another layer of milk chocolate and refrigerate again, add the last layer of white chocolate mousse and refrigerate.
  • Serve the mousse and decorate with raspberries and fresh mint leaves. Buy HERE
