Chocolate and Cardamom Mousse

  • 2 cups whipping cream, for the mousse
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream, hot, for the mousse
  • 450 grams bittersweet chocolate, chopped for the mousse
  • 1 tablespoon cardamom, ground

  • In a bowl, whip the cream using the whisk attachment of your Braun® MultiQuick 7 until it is semi-whipped. Reserve some cream for decoration in the refrigerator.
  • For the chocolate mousse, in a bowl mix the hot cream with the chocolate until combined. Add a little cardamom. Slightly cool and gently fold in the semi-whipped cream that you whipped earlier.
  • Pour the mousse into individual molds, refrigerate until set, remove from refrigeration and decorate with whipped cream, grate a little chocolate on top of the cream, place a frozen and sugared raspberry. Serve and enjoy.
