Separate the egg whites from the yolks, and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a double boiler with the coffee.
Add to the egg whites, gently beating the yolks and sugar, then the chocolate with coffee, and mix everything with a folding motion.
Pour the mixture into a nice glass dish, cover with plastic wrap, and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours beforehand.
Serve cold after taking it out of the refrigerator.
