Delicious Dark Chocolate Mousse

The best dark chocolate mousse. It is very easy to make and delicious.

  • 400 grams dark chocolate
  • 11 eggs , separated
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons coffee

  • Separate the egg whites from the yolks, and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a double boiler with the coffee.
  • Add to the egg whites, gently beating the yolks and sugar, then the chocolate with coffee, and mix everything with a folding motion.
  • Pour the mixture into a nice glass dish, cover with plastic wrap, and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours beforehand.
  • Serve cold after taking it out of the refrigerator.
