Chocolate Roll with Almonds

  • 150 milliliters whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 300 grams bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 100 grams butter
  • 3/4 cups Cocoa Pebbles® Cereal
  • 1/2 cups almonds

  • Heat the heavy cream with the honey in a pot over medium heat, and when it boils, remove from the heat.
  • Place the chocolate in a medium bowl and pour the hot cream on top, then mix with a spatula until dissolved. When the chocolate is melted, add the butter and mix with the spatula.
  • Once the butter is melted and incorporated, add the Cocoa Pebbles® cereal and the almonds. Mix until well combined.
  • Place plastic wrap on a flat surface and pour the previous mixture, close the plastic forming a cylinder, squeeze and compact the chocolate roll very well. Place on a tray and refrigerate for 4 hours or until it hardens.
