Brigadeiros are small chocolate truffles, which are a classic Brazilian treat and are a must-have at parties and gatherings. The best part is that these delights are made with easily obtainable ingredients.
Add the condensed milk, heavy cream, cocoa, and butter in a pot. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, add the semi-sweet chocolate, mix, and let it melt with the same heat it already had. Place the mixture in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Form small balls and roll them on a plate with sprinkles to coat well.
Serve the brigadeiros on a wooden board and accompany with milk.
