Boil the cream with the sugar and vanilla. Separately, melt the chocolate and incorporate it into the previous mixture. Add the butter, coffee, and mix very well.
Refrigerate the mixture and when it has hardened, form small balls, coat them with cocoa, and refrigerate them again. They will be ready to serve.
