Coffee Truffles

This recipe for coffee truffles is an easy and delicious dessert for the whole family. You can also make them to give as gifts.

  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 tablets bittersweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • cocoa powder

  • Boil the cream with the sugar and vanilla. Separately, melt the chocolate and incorporate it into the previous mixture. Add the butter, coffee, and mix very well.
  • Refrigerate the mixture and when it has hardened, form small balls, coat them with cocoa, and refrigerate them again. They will be ready to serve.
