Lemon Pie Truffles

  • 250 grams white chocolate, chopped
  • 90 grams butter, in cubes
  • 3 tablespoons La Lechera® serves easy lemon pie
  • 1 lime, just the zest
  • 1 cup coconut, toasted

  • In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and butter. Mix until combined and remove from heat.
  • Add La Lechera® easy lemon pie and the zest, mix and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the mixture is firm.
  • With the help of a spoon or your hands, form the truffles, roll in toasted coconut, and serve with a little more La Lechera® easy lemon pie.
